By booking an appointment with Oliver Jude Salon (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Appointments and Booking

All appointments must be booked through our website or approved booking platform.

A valid payment method is required to secure your appointment.

Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. Please arrive on time to ensure we can provide your full service.
2. Deposits and Payments

Some services may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are applied toward the final cost of the service.

All balances are due at the time of your appointment.

Payments are processed securely through our online booking and payment providers.
3. Cancellations and No-Shows

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made within 48 hours or missed appointments (no-shows) will result in a 50% fee of the scheduled service amount.

No-call, no-shows must pay the full cost of the missed service before rebooking and place a 50% deposit for future appointments.
Refunds and Adjustments

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment.

We will gladly make adjustments or corrections at no additional charge.

Refunds are considered only after all options for correction have been offered.
Health and Safety

Please inform your stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect your service.

We reserve the right to refuse service if it poses a health risk or safety concern.

Oliver Jude Salon reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
