Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, but to respect the time of both our stylists and guests, we require a 48-hour notice for cancellations. Any appointment canceled within 48 hours, or a missed appointment without notice, will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
No-call, no-shows will be asked to pay the full cost of the missed service and place a 50% deposit on future bookings. This ensures we can continue to provide every guest with the best experience possible.
Refund Policy
We want you to love your look and your experience with us. If something feels less than perfect, we ask that you contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we can make it right. Our team is committed to fixing your service at no additional charge, and we will do everything possible to ensure you leave happy and confident.
Refunds are considered only after we have had the opportunity to adjust or correct the service.
